Bishop
Barrington Constantine Hibbert was born in Clarendon, Jamaica, West
Indies. During his early pre-teens he moved to the city of Kingston,
and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. His spiritual fervor
and potential to make a difference was recognized by the older saints,
and as a result he was made a Sunday school teacher at an early age.
